The beeswax in the honeycomb is edible: simply cut or break off a small piece, chew it slowly and allow the honey to be released directly into your mouth. The wax can either be swallowed or discarded after tasting. This is also the method of consumption described by other Italian honeycomb producers.
Perfect enjoyed on its own, or paired with cheese, yoghurt, bread and baked goods, fruit, ice cream and desserts. It is also particularly attractive for aperitifs, sharing boards and tasting experiences.
