Our combs come directly from the honey supers of hives immersed in the unspoilt nature of Puglia. Unlike traditional honeys, this product undergoes no mechanical extraction, filtration or pasteurisation. Each frame is carefully removed, inspected and packaged by hand, ensuring that the honey remains sealed in its original wax — a seal of quality and freshness that only the hive can provide.

How to Enjoy Honeycomb Honey

Tasting honeycomb honey is a simple yet fascinating ritual. Just cut a small piece and enjoy it as a whole. The wax, soft and pleasant, can be chewed and either swallowed in small amounts or discarded. It is exquisite on a slice of toasted rustic bread, paired with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, or as the star of a board of goat’s and pecorino cheeses. A true luxury to end a meal in an elegant way.
